The American Heart Association
I have worked with the American Heart Association on several existing businesses and initiatives and helped launch Connected Heart Health — a co-branded program designed for ACO’s (Accountable Care Organizations as mandated by the Affordable Care Act), which partners with technology leaders to deliver patient-centered care beyond the clinical setting via mobile apps and cloud-based technology monitoring and reporting solutions.
My work with the AHA has included strategy, identity, print, motion, environments and digital for both B2B and the B2C audiences. We launched Connected Heart Health with an animated presentation at AHA Sessions 2014 and generated significant partnership interest in the program from multiple highly-visible technology companies. I have worked to fully refresh several web properties for the AHA including the Support Network, a key part of AHA outreach efforts, as well as multiple internal and external programs, events and apps.
